Nyingsha Standley is an award-winning nursing student at the University of Bamenda, passionate about transforming healthcare through leadership, innovation, and service.

He serves as President of the Cameroon Chapter of Nurses in Charge International and Vice President of the International Council of Nurses Early Career Nurses and Student Association. Through these leadership roles, he supports young nurses through mentorship, leadership development, advocacy, and professional growth opportunities. He also organizes webinars and training sessions that equip nurses and students with relevant knowledge and confidence for modern healthcare practice.

Beyond academics and clinical practice, Nyingsha is actively involved in youth empowerment, community development, and innovative volunteerism. Through collaboration with organizations and changemakers, he advocates for preventive healthcare and inspires young people to create meaningful impact within their communities.
